Football Club Training Facility Refurbishment
This refurbishment project delivered a major upgrade to the Football Club’s existing training facilities, bringing them up to Premier League standards. The comprehensive transformation has provided the club with high-performance coaching and training environments to support both player development and staff operations.
The works were carried out on a two-storey structure and included safe removal of outdated building services and asbestos, full refurbishment and upgrading of the Changing rooms, specialist medical and physiotherapy rooms, seminar and analysis suites, office accommodation and canteen.
The refurbished facility creates a modern, professional-grade training environment, enhanced functionality and comfort across all areas.
The upgraded facilities support the Football Club’s ambitions for excellence, with infrastructure now aligned to elite-level performance standards. The project was delivered on time and in close collaboration with the club to minimise disruption to day-to-day activities.
