Kickstart Your Career with a Construction Apprenticeship

At Andrew Scott Ltd, we’re proud to support the next generation of construction professionals through a wide range of trade apprenticeships. Our apprenticeship programme offers a fantastic opportunity to learn a recognised NVQ construction skill at college while gaining hands-on, supervised experience on real projects. It’s a powerful way to earn, learn, and build a strong foundation for a rewarding career in the construction industry, with the support of one of Wales’ most established and trusted construction companies.

We proudly partner with specialist apprenticeship organisation, Cyfle across Wales, to connect their registered apprentices with valuable on-site work placement opportunities alongside our trusted specialist contractors.

In addition to this partnership, Andrew Scott Ltd runs an annual intake of directly employed apprentices across a range of key trades, including carpentry, bricklaying, electrical, groundworks, motor mechanics, and plant mechanics. Through regular recruitment drives, we’re committed to supporting young people as they take their first steps into the world of work and begin building successful, long-term careers in construction.

We actively engage with comprehensive schools to offer Year 10-12 students valuable work experience placements, providing them with a meaningful insight into the construction sector.     In addition, we work closely with local employment and training support agencies to offer a range of work experience placements.
