South East Wales Civil Engineering and Highways Construction Framework

The current framework, follows on from its prior success as a collaborative construction framework, this is the fourth iteration of the civils and highways framework in Wales.

The framework is open to 10 local authorities, higher education bodies, further education colleges, health boards and housing associations in South East & Mid Wales.

Framework Management: Ardal (procurement service run by Cardiff Council).

Duration: Commenced on 4th January 2023, for a period of 4 years
