Carten100
We were delighted to once again be the main sponsor of the Carten100, supporting this incredible event for the third year in a row. Held on Saturday, 10th May, the 100-mile ride from Cardiff to Tenby was a great success, with over 2,250 riders taking part and raising an outstanding £50k in support of Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital Charity and over £50k in total for various other charities chosen by riders.
With perfect weather and a fantastic atmosphere, the day was one to remember. Our very own Team Andrew Scott proudly joined the challenge, riding alongside thousands of others in support of a great cause. In addition, a dedicated trio from our team provided much-appreciated support by transporting riders’ bags—making the journey just a little bit easier for many participants.
We’re incredibly proud to have been part of such a meaningful and well-organised event. Congratulations to all involved, we’re already looking forward to seeing what Carten100 2026 will bring.
Mark Bowen, Managing Director of Andrew Scott Ltd, said “We were delighted to sponsor the Carten100 for the third consecutive year. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day, marked by excellent weather, a wonderful atmosphere, and, most significantly, an exceptional amount of money raised for charity. We are proud to support such a significant event in Wales and look forward to continuing our involvement next year.”
CARTEN100 Event Director Peter Palmer said, “The day exceeded our expectations with great weather, a tailwind, and fantastic volunteers, including luggage van drivers from Andrew Scott Ltd, who transported riders’ kits from Cardiff to Tenby, as well as their main sponsorship and support. Thank you to everyone who contributed to the smooth event. Looking forward to 2026.”
