Mark has had a long and successful career in construction, having worked for Atkins and Dean & Dyball. Mark is a Chartered Civil Engineer and is actively involved in industry associations and community initiatives, reflecting a commitment to corporate social responsibility and the long-term growth of the construction sector in Wales.

Mark sits on the Board of CITB and Cyfle Construction Skills, as well as the CBI Construction Council in London and the Wales CBI Council and is past chairman of CECA Wales.

Beyond business, Mark enjoys skiing, cycling, golf and watching rugby, and enjoys travelling with his family and experiencing different cultures, architecture and foods across the world.
