As Chief Engineer at Andrew Scott Ltd, Jordan plays a central role in the successful delivery of civil engineering and building projects ensuring quality, innovation, safety, and sustainability remain at the forefront of every build.

Leading the in-house engineering and temporary works team, Jordan oversees technical delivery, risk management, regulatory compliance, and best practice integration. Known for his problem-solving and hands-on approach, he thrives in high-pressure environments while driving continuous improvement.

Passionate about digital construction, modern methods of construction (MMC), and sustainable solutions, Jordan is committed to creating long-term value for clients and communities. He also prioritises mentoring and professional development, earning respect across the sector.

Beyond his role at Andrew Scott, he is an Industry Ambassador with the CECA Wales Foundation Group, where he has delivered a recruitment video, developed GCSE educational resources, organised events for young professionals, and supported charity initiatives, including a cycle challenge that raised over £20,000.

Outside of construction, Jordan has a background in performing arts, having appeared on TV and shared stages with renowned artists. He maintains his wellbeing through swimming, yoga, and travelling across Europe and Asia.
