Harriet is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing strategies that drive positive social impact within the construction industry. She focuses on community engagement, local development, and social responsibility, ensuring construction projects deliver lasting social and economic benefits.

Working closely with project teams, local authorities, and stakeholders, Harriet integrates social value principles into every stage of construction. She identifies opportunities for employment, education, and community wellbeing while overseeing the monitoring and reporting of social value outcomes to align with company goals and Welsh Government needs.

As co-chair of the G4C Wales committee, Harriet supports the next generation of Welsh construction professionals. She advocates for sustainability, diversity, and inclusivity, enhancing the company’s reputation for responsible business practices.

Outside of work, Harriet enjoys spending time outdoors with her ex-racehorse of nine years and relaxing with family on Sundays while watching F1 races.
