As our IT Manager Darren plays a pivotal role in driving digital transformation across all areas of the business. With a strong background in information technology and an understanding of the construction industry, he ensures that all IT systems and infrastructure operate securely, efficiently, and in line with project demands.

Darren is responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of enterprise software, cloud services, data management solutions, and communication networks that support daily operations on and off-site. He works closely with project teams, senior management, and external clients and consultants to deliver tailored tech solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, and compliance.

With a focus on cybersecurity, system integration, and process automation, Darren continuously evaluates emerging technologies to improve project delivery, cost control, and risk mitigation. He also leads on user support, training, and IT policy development, ensuring staff are equipped to work effectively and securely in an increasingly digital construction environment.

Away from the computer screen, Darren enjoys spending time with his children. He keeps up with the latest developments in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and other emerging technologies. He also enjoys cooking and experimenting with recipes inspired by Indian and Chinese cuisines. A passionate cinephile, Darren has a strong appreciation for cinema technology, cult and classic films, cinematography, and film criticism.
