Design and build, phased delivery contract including the remodelling, extension and refurbishment of the production and distribution facility in Cardiff.

A three phase manufacturing extension programme, including a 4,380m2 production facility (phase 1), a 5,510m2 production facility and 2,100m2 office space (phase 2), and infrastructure and environmental works (phase 3).

The first two phases of this major food production site restructure is complete, and phase 3 is currently in progress. The complex installation of specialist equipment has been facilitated without interruption to the ongoing operations of the busy distribution centre.
