Andrew Scott Ltd undertook the construction of three high-specification car showrooms for Port Talbot-based Sinclair Garages, housing the Mercedes-Benz, Audi and Volkswagen franchises.

The initial showroom was constructed at Bocam Park in Bridgend, with two further facilities completed at SA1 in Swansea.

The showrooms comprise steel-framed buildings set on piled foundations. Internally, they accommodate office, workshop and service facilities, in addition to the main showroom areas.

All specifications are of the highest quality, with a low-carbon footprint achieved through efficient energy use.

Externally, high-security fencing and gateways enclose the site boundaries. We also carried out the construction of access roads, service yards and car parking facilities surrounding the buildings.
