This new primary school has been designed and constructed to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainability, energy efficiency, and high-quality learning environments.

The school accommodates up to 120 primary pupils along with 25 nursery places, offering a modern and inclusive setting that supports early years, infant, and junior education. The building layout includes:

  • A specialist classroom to support focused curriculum delivery

  • Central resource areas and flexible multi-purpose spaces

  • A welcoming community area to encourage engagement beyond the school day

  • A main hall suitable for assemblies, PE, performances, and dining

The external environment has been carefully designed to promote physical activity, play, and environmental awareness. Features include:

  • A full-size sports pitch for team games and PE

  • A permeable tarmac Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) for all-weather sports and recreation

  • Dedicated, secure play areas for nursery and younger pupils with safety surfacing

  • An ecology zone to support outdoor learning, biodiversity, and sustainability education
