Adam is a highly accomplished Commercial Manager with over 20 years of experience delivering commercial excellence across diverse construction sectors. At Andrew Scott Ltd, Adam oversees all financial and contractual aspects of our projects, ensuring robust cost control, risk management, and value engineering from procurement to completion. By embedding rigorous forecasting and proactive risk management into our commercial planning, he safeguards project delivery and ensures long-term financial resilience.

He works closely with our project teams and local supply chains to ensure our procurement processes actively support apprenticeships, local employment, and carbon reduction initiatives. Outside of work, Adam is an occasional fair-weather golfer and loves a good summer BBQ with friends. He also enjoys relaxing weekends away with his wife and their two children.
