RE-LIQUEFACTION PROJECT Dragon LNG (Liquified Natural Gas) Dragon LNG has invested in a reliquefaction plant (RP) project. The civils and buildings contract comprised; site surveying and preparation, the completion of all civil works, foundations for permanent works, erection of buildings, leveling. Backfilling and grading, underground work and infrastructure works.

MULTIPLE CONTRACTS The Royal Mint Since 2004, we have delivered a wide range for capital investment projects for the Royal Mint, and in 2010 we entered into a long-standing single source framework agreement. To date we have successfully completed the following new build and refurbishment projects: Chemical Storage Building. Design & Build contract creating a new building to house highly sensitive chemicals. The building also became a central ‘hub’ for the Emergency Services. Armour 1 & 2 Nickel Plating Line Buildings. Design and build scheme modifying and expanding an existing steel frame building.

MULTIPLE CONTRACTS The Royal Mint (Cont) Effluent Plant. Design and build contract creating a two-storey steel frame building, on piled foundations, with a reinforced concrete slab and insulated cladding. Welfare Facilities. Modernisation of staff areas, locker rooms, shower facilities and WC’s at 14 locations throughout the ‘live’ estate. CRP Office & Despatch Area. Complete refurbishment and modernisation of a redundant office, under a design and build contract. Long / Coin Store. Design and build contract creating a new 100m long building around the existing store. Factory Experience. Creation of an interactive and educational visitor experience.

Works associated with the construction of casting Blast Furnace No. 4 Break out of refectory concrete to enable demolition Blast Furnace No. 5 The repairs to three hot blast stoves, inhaul conveyor systems and high level bunkers. The furnace was completely rebuilt and operational in 9 months.

PEAK POWDER PLANT Victrex plc Victrex are a British-based supplier of high performance polymer solutions. We undertook the construction of a new Peak Powder Plant at their Fleetwood site. Works included; groundworks, rc foundations, drainage, underground services, rc effluent pits, access road, footpaths and the main production building and smaller ancillary buildings Additional works included the construction of several ancillary buildings and associated services and drainage.

Rolling Mill Construction of a new 20mx45mx9m deep basement incorporating suspended slabs. Finishing Line Raft foundation, sheet piled cofferdam to construct Cold Rolling Mill basement, steel frame and blockwork buildings.

FRAMEWORK AGREEMENTS Western Power Distribution For over 15-years we have been a Tier 1 Framework Contractor, delivering civil and building projects within high-voltage environments, throughout Wales and SW-England. Works comprise; new substations, flood defences, emergency repairs, planned and reactive maintenance. All projects are managed to a high standard of health, safety and environmental protection.
