At Andrew Scott Ltd, we specialise in the construction of both Civil Engineering and Building projects, such as roads and bridges, schools to sports stadiums. We even refurbish existing buildings, several of which have been of historic interest.
We have an annual turnover of around £45m and employ some 200+ staff, which makes us a long-term local employer – we’ve been around since 1870.
Our construction projects rely on a wide range of skilled people to successfully deliver our clients’ projects. Our project teams and supply chain partners work together to ensure that designs are turned into actual buildings which meet our clients’ expectations.
Under Graduates
We offer work experience placements in our offices and on our construction sites, to students who are undertaking university courses which will lead to a professional career in construction.

Darcie is a Civil Engineering graduate studying at Swansea University, and undertook her ‘Year-in-Industry’, assisting our in-house Design team and on-site team successfully constructed an industrial building in Newport.
