Construction of an indoor pool, with leisure and catering facilities at the popular Trecco Bay holiday park.

The project required the careful demolition of an existing leisure complex, whilst the holiday park was in operation.

The complex features; an indoor swimming pool, water chutes, pirate ship, splash slide and toddler pool.

Excavated ground material was reused on site reducing the health and safety risk of vehicle movements on a ‘live’ residential holiday park.

The combined heat and power units generate the centre’s heating, humidity control, whilst efficient pumping, filtration and storage units help manage water consumption.

Only one elevation is glazed to reduce solar gain whilst natural light is provided by central roof skylights.
