It is with deepest sadness that we communicate the recent passing of our esteemed friend and colleague, Raymond Lewis, on Monday 7th June 2021.
Ray’s association with Andrew Scott started in 1980 when he worked for Tiforn Construction before joining Andrew Scott in 1997. He was befittingly honoured by CECA in 2019 for his continuous work as a Construction Mentor, utilising his wealth of knowledge and experience to nurture and support two generations of young professionals.
When most of us have, or are about to retire, Ray had no intention of doing so and continued to work tirelessly for the company until very, very recently.
Ray Lewis will be greatly missed by all who knew him, as a colleague, and as a friend and will be laid to rest at 12.15pm on Thursday 24th June 2021 at Margam Cemetery.
Current COVID-19 rules restrict the number of mourners at the service but we will provide details of the funeral cortège once confirmed to enable everyone to pay their respects.
