Construction of a 200m inland Surf Lake using ground-breaking Wavegarden cove technology – the first of its kind in the UK. This exciting facility will generate up to 1,000 quality waves per hours, ranging from 50cm (1.7ft) to almost 2m (6.5ft) in height.

Stylish and innovative project providing 41 single en-suite boarding rooms, within the existing boundary of St Michael’s school in Llanelli.

St Michael’s Boarding House contains spacious recreational areas with internet and Wi-Fi service throughout.

We reduced energy costs by using low U-value windows, high efficiency boilers, zone controlled heating systems and high specification insulation.
