Surf Bristol Ltd

Construction of a 200m inland Surf Lake using ground-breaking Wavegarden cove technology – the first of its kind in the UK. This exciting facility will generate up to 1,000 quality waves per hours, ranging from 50cm (1.7ft) to almost 2m (6.5ft) in height.

The new build also includes an education centre for schools and colleges, a café and bar, a surf shop. There’s also external works for landscaped gardens and car parks

The Royal Mint

Since 2004, we have delivered a wide range for capital investment projects for the Royal Mint, and in 2010 we entered into a long-standing single source framework agreement.

To date we have successfully completed the following new build and refurbishment projects:

Chemical Storage Building. Design & Build contract creating a new building to house highly sensitive chemicals. The building also became a central ‘hub’ for the Emergency Services.

Armour 1 & 2 Nickel Plating Line Buildings. Design and build scheme modifying and expanding an existing steel frame building.

Effluent Plant. Design and build contract creating a two-storey steel frame building, on piled foundations, with a reinforced concrete slab and insulated cladding.

Welfare Facilities. Modernisation of staff areas, locker rooms, shower facilities and WC’s at 14 locations throughout the ‘live’ estate.

CRP Office & Despatch Area. Complete refurbishment and modernisation of a redundant office, under a design and build contract.

Long / Coin Store. Design and build contract creating a new 100m long building around the existing store.

Factory Experience. Creation of an interactive and educational visitor experience.
