To meet the passive design and requirement for BREEAM Excellent, the building has a fabric first design, embedded low carbon and low energy consumption. 

The central atrium act as a ‘vertical air shaft’ balancing internal temperature and maximising daylight to the offices.

A multi-million pound development site, Celtic Springs Business park provides; office accommodation, retail units, medical, nursery and gym facilities, and hotel.

The three story office block provides 45,000ft2 of open plan space for the 350 staff of Wales & West Utilities Ltd.

The building has an impressive drum-shaped circular entrance and atrium, opening out to the large open plan office floor plates.

Under the contract the office was fitted out to meet the tenants’ new HQ brand standards.

The project also included a large infrastructure programme of works.
