Each room has the flexibility to be heated and cooled by fan-coil units so the environment of the resident can be adjusted.

The central circulation and social space runs down the centre of two-wings, with high ceilings with daylight through continuous roof lighting.

The entrance lobbies are large open spaces which accommodate a ‘social-hub’ and café.

Low-energy fittings and plant reduce energy use and running costs.
