Located within the St Mary Street Conservation Area, the redevelopment of 5-10 Church Street included the complete re-configuration of the existing 3 storey building (plus basement) at No’s 5-9, along with the construction of a 3 storey side extension at No 10.

Following internal demolition works and soft strip, a new steel frame, staircase and r/c ground floor slab to incorporate the lift shaft pit to the new building has been installed, along with full basement tanking.

The completion of the works now provides high quality retail space and restaurant facilities. So far, a popular chain cocktail-bar, The Botanist, is confirmed to be located on the ground floor through to the second floor.

Retail space in the new development has been taken by Mowgli, along with Pho, Honest Burgers and The Botanist.
