We’ve Secured Significant Contracts Worth £40m

The recently awarded projects include; the redevelopment and extension of a maintenance depot on behalf of Western Power Distribution, the design and build of the Porthcawl Maritime Centre, the design and construction of a two-storey primary care centre in Porthcawl, the construction of a seven-unit retail development in Barnstaple, the development of the St Phillips Footbridge for Bristol City Council, refurbishment of the existing Church Street retail development in Cardiff, and the redevelopment of the former British Legion site in Mumbles into a new Marks & Spencer store and residential building.

As well as our work across commercial and residential markets, our experience within the education sector has seen us secure a variety of contracts.

“We have been awarded the full scale refurbishment and partial new build of Dan y Coed Autistic School in Mumbles, a project that will see the creation of a safe learning and support environment for Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC) pupils. Our working relationships with key local authorities across South Wales has also resulted in the design and construction of two new primary schools in Llanelli and Swansea, namely Ysgol Dewi Sant and Gorseinon Primary School.
