- Lot 3a West: Value £1.5m – £5m
- Lot 3b East: Value £1.5m – £5m
- Lot 4a West: Value £5m – £9m
- Lot 4b East: Value £5m – £9m
- Lot 5: Value £9m – £15m
- Lot 6: Value £15m+
