Located within the St Mary Street Conservation Area, the redevelopment of 5-10 Church
Street included the complete re-configuration of the existing 3 storey building (plus
basement) at No’s 5-9, along with the construction of a 3 storey side extension at No 10.

Following internal demolition works and soft strip, a new steel frame, staircase and r/c
ground floor slab to incorporate the lift shaft pit to the new building has been installed,
along with full basement tanking.

The completion of the works now provides high quality retail space and restaurant facilities.
So far, a popular chain cocktail-bar, The Botanist, is confirmed to be located on the ground
floor through to the second floor.

Retail space in the new development has been taken by Mowgli, along with Pho, Honest

Lasting Properties Ltd

The construction of seven high quality units providing food and non-food retail space for
tenants Next, Iceland’s Food Warehouse, DFS and Tapi carpets & floors.

External works were also undertaken to provide 239 car parking spaces, 130 cycle spaces,
new drainage, utility services and soft landscaping.

This retail block forms part of a wider development plan including land raise and flood

The reconfiguration of Unit 5 (circa 1,885sqm) to create three independent retail units.

Working with the client’s engineer we developed a cost effective technical solution for the piled foundation, provided support to a new building façade.

Unit 5B was extended creating additional employee welfare facilities.

The project was completed in ten-weeks with minimal disruption to adjacent retail units and customer car park.

The two car showrooms create an attractive and enjoyable customer experience.

Each showroom comprise steel framed building set on piled foundations.

The showrooms contain; New car display areas, reception and host point, sales and consultation area, customer lounge, office accommodation for sales managers, aftersales and servicing administration.

Awg Property Services

The design and build of three retail units, part of the wider Celtic Springs Business Park development.

The retail units were designed and constructed with the occupier in mind; Greggs, The Vanilla Pod Coffee Bar and MJ’s Hair Salon.

The fit out of Greggs was in-line with their ‘brand’ specification, whilst the interior of the coffee bar, blends industrial with high quality brickwork and mixed wood.

The 70-seat restaurant has been designed and constructed to cantilever out above the Castle walls, with a contemporary slate and floor-to-ceiling glass design with panoramic views over the River Teifi.

Purpose built for the 2010 Ryder Cup, the 2-storey golf clubhouse is a fitting venue to host one of the World’s top golf events.

Features of the Clubhouse include; a bar and iconic ‘Rafters’ restaurant, a private members lounge, luxury locker rooms, additional lounge areas with open fires, a pro-shop and spike bar.
