Andrew Scott Ltd and our then developer arm, Andrew Scott Ltd Developments, undertook the development of Quay West Offices in Swansea. The development is currently the home of the Lord Chancellor's department, along with several other local and national companies. The project involved demolition and site clearance, prior to the construction of some 35,000ft² of office space, complete with car parking. The contract was carried out on a management contract basis.
