Sinclair Audi Swansea
The construction of two high specification show rooms was carried out by Andrew Scott Ltd for the Port Talbot based Sinclair Garages.In 2002 Sinclair Garages acquired the franchise for Mercedes and set about setting up a presence in the Swansea area.
Two structural steel framed buildings set on piled foundations, were constructed to house the show rooms, which internally compromised of very high specification sales and service areas.
Externally, high security fencing and gateways to the boundaries of the site enclosed the showrooms. Andrews Scott Ltd also carried out the construction of access roads, service yards and car parking facilities which orbit the buildings.
