Mark Bowen

Mark provides clear leadership and direction for Andrew Scott Ltd. He sets our business culture, partnering and collaboration ethos, demonstrating by example an integrated team approach.

He personally ensures the removal of any obstacles to success for our customers’ projects and frameworks, by reviewing performance and fostering continuous improvements.

His role spans the complete range of leadership responsibilities.

Mark sits on the Board of the Swansea Bay City Region, as well as the CBI Construction Council in London and the Wales CBI Council and the CECA Executive Committee.

Jonathan Davies OBE

Jonathan is the driving force behind generating new business leads within the sports and leisure sector. He is a recognised ‘brand’ ambassador and utilises his network of sport, media and business contacts to improve our strategic and operational marketing and customer relationship activities.

Julian Davies

Julian oversees and manages all commercial aspects of our projects and frameworks, establishing close working relationships with customer teams. He ensures that all contract and commercial requirements are managed, to the best possible outcomes on projects and for frameworks as a whole. Julian is a Fellow of the RICS and adheres to its stringent ethical standards and professionalism required of its members.

David has been with Andrew Scott Ltd for over twenty years having previously been employed by our auditors.

David’s responsibilities include all financial control, human resources and administration. He seeks to treat everyone with honesty and fairness.

Natalie oversees all aspects of business development at Andrew Scott and is keen to nurture existing relationships as well as forge new partnerships in both the private and public sectors.

With a legal and development background, Natalie draws on her wealth of experience in order to create new alliances with key players in the construction industry.

Natalie is also the 2019 Chairwoman for Women in Property South Wales branch.

Dave provides our project teams, clients, stakeholders and end-users with a single point of contact throughout the preconstruction, construction and post occupation stages. He focuses on working collaboratively to deliver high quality products to our clients and is our Customer Account Manager for the likes of; TATA, AB InBev, The Royal Mint and the RNLI.

He has project managed, education, residential, health and retail schemes in a pro-active way which achieves excellent results for our clients.

Phil has overall responsibility for all commercial aspects of our projects. Working with our project teams he ensures that project expenditure is accurately recorded against the project’s cost plan, and open and transparent liaison is maintained with the client and cost consultants at all times. He will maintain a procurement process in line with each project’s programme, applying our company approach to engaging local companies and fair methods of payment.

“As Managing Surveyor I will act fairly and honourably to all parties we have dealings with and will encourage our project QSs to adopt the same attitude to promote a ‘one team’ approach for each project. I will work in a collaborative manner to deliver cost management across all our projects, adopting an open-book approach with client’s Project Management and Cost Consultants alike.”

Justin is responsible for the company’s compliance with all aspects of health, safety and environmental legislation as well as our Quality Management procedures.

He provides advice and support to all our project teams to ensure the highest standards of health, safety, environmental and quality measures are consistently applied in line with the requirements of our Company Management System.

Ken Thomas
Transport Manager

Ken is responsible for managing the availability and safety compliance of all our fleet vehicles, construction plant and equipment. He works closely with our Contracts Managers and project teams to ensure that required plant and machinery is available to meet each project’s construction programme. He ensures our vehicles comply with legislation and company procedures and coordinates with suppliers for their planned maintenance or repairs. Ken promotes health, safety and low-carbon awareness, is a strong advocate of local procurement and implements vehicle mechanic apprenticeships.

Martin Edmonds

Martin works with our customers, design teams and our construction teams during the preconstruction and construction phases providing; buildability advice, value engineering and risk management. He has significant experience with the development and agreement of target costs, cost management practices, modern methods of construction, various forms of contracts and risk management. As our designated Frameworks Manager, he has a demonstrable track record of working collaboratively with clients to ensure projects deliver best value and are delivered to budget.
