He personally ensures the removal of any obstacles to success for our customers’ projects and frameworks, by reviewing performance and fostering continuous improvements.
His role spans the complete range of leadership responsibilities.

Julian oversees and manages all commercial aspects of our projects and frameworks, establishing close working relationships with customer teams. He ensures that all contract and commercial requirements are managed, to the best possible outcomes on projects and for frameworks as a whole. Julian is a Fellow of the RICS and adheres to its stringent ethical standards and professionalism required of its members.

David’s responsibilities include all financial control, human resources and administration. He seeks to treat everyone with honesty and fairness.

He is an advocate of collaborative working and is our Framework Account Manager for Western Power Distribution.

Dave provides our project teams, clients, stakeholders and end-users with a single point of contact throughout the preconstruction, construction and post occupation stages. He focuses on working collaboratively to deliver high quality products to our clients and is our Customer Account Manager for the likes of; TATA, AB InBev, The Royal Mint and the RNLI.

Steve provides our customers, project teams and stakeholders with a single point of contact, prior to work starting on site through to completion and hand-over. He has project managed, education, residential, health and retail schemes in a pro-active way which achieves excellent results for our clients.

Phil has overall responsibility for all commercial aspects of our projects. Working with our project teams he ensures that project expenditure is accurately recorded against the project’s cost plan, and open and transparent liaison is maintained with the client and cost consultants at all times. He will maintain a procurement process in line with each project’s programme, applying our company approach to engaging local companies and fair methods of payment.

I will work in a collaborative manner to deliver cost management across all our projects, adopting an open-book approach with client’s Project Management and Cost Consultants alike.”
Justin is responsible for the company’s compliance with all aspects of health, safety and environmental legislation as well as our Quality Management procedures.
He provides advice and support to all our project teams to ensure the highest standards of health, safety, environmental and quality measures are consistently applied in line with the requirements of our Company Management System.

He has excellent interpersonal skills, a logical approach and consistently achieves best value results for our clients’ projects.
