Wales oldest construction company Andrew Scott Ltd, based in Margam, has appointed four new high profile staff to strengthen its senior management team.

Alison Rees, Bill Pugh, Graham Williams and Ken Thomas join the company which was established in 1870 and which continues to be involved in many high profile construction and civil engineering projects throughout the UK.

£1.5 million investment in Haven Enterprise Zone to create 100 jobs

Building is now underway of a new £1.5 million pound boat building fabrication hall at Pembroke Port – the first major investment in the Haven Waterway Enterprise Zone. The new facility, being built for Mustang Marine following nvestment by the Port of Milford Haven, is set to double the size of workboat construction operations and create more than one hundred jobs at Mustang Marine in response to growing demand from around the world.
