Martin is the Pre-Construction and Framework Manager at Andrew Scott Ltd, specializing in managing the early stages of construction projects. With a focus on project planning, budgeting, risk management, and value engineering, Martin ensures projects are ready for successful execution. He works closely with clients, architects, engineers, and project teams to define project scopes, assess risks, and create accurate cost estimates.

Martin excels in reviewing designs, identifying challenges, and proposing cost-effective solutions before construction begins. His strategic coordination and attention to detail help align project timelines, budgets, and requirements.

As Framework Manager, Martin also oversees long-term framework agreements for public sector projects, ensuring successful execution through strong leadership and collaboration. His dedication to excellence in the planning phase contributes to the company’s continued success.

Outside of work, Martin enjoys long walks with his cocker spaniel, playing golf, watching local rugby, and indulging in city breaks and DIY projects.
